25m	Governance structure	David	From Andrew: “The Audit and Certification of Trustworthy Digital Repositories: Recommended Practice document is worth examining, but Section 3 on ‘organizational infrastructure’ especially might provide some core common concepts and standards. Hopefully you’ll find it helpful.” ULMS governance structure. WRLC has an interesting model. Concerns about load on ScholCom given larger structure.
20m	New migration & implementation plan	David	Several folks liked the plan. Concerns about having two system in parallel (DSpace and Hyrax) for too long. Could stagger campus use of the new system based on estimated data migration date. Next steps include fleshing out some more details and adding in a calendar.
3m	Metadata schemas	David	Group will look over and potentially approve at next meeting.
5m	Future meetings	David	Will meet every other Wednesday starting March 27. David to send out meeting requests.

Andrew Weiss (Unlicensed) and Adriana Popescu (Unlicensed) will look at and report back on alternate governance models 27 Mar 2019
