Change label from Dissertations and Theses to Student Works on homepage, + make hyrax work forms more inclusive of non-ETD content (i.e. added resource types, etc.)

MWG is currently reviewing the display definitions for all labels in hyrax
dc:identifier other will be the “catchall” for identifiers that are not covered. Would like people to include the prefix for the identifier that they are using.
Prefer the specific URL for the resource.
Grant IDs generally have to be public facing. Include grant information in the dc:sponsor field.

Suggestion from Elizabeth: What about "copyright information not provided"? "Not determined" sounds to the lay person as if nobody knows who owns the copyright.
