• Highlights:

  • DRC Meetings: 1st Tuesday of the month @1pm

  • Notch8 vendor selected; will start work in Feb. Priorities selected and timeline will be forthcoming; can start making a list of additional projects for “unallocated time”

  • DAWG: identify stakeholders (contacts, assess each campuses capacity and capabilities, leverage expertise)

  • Accessibility compliance concerns

  • DOIs: will be put forward to COLD for future funding (consortial DataCite membership?). Haven’t investigated how Hyrax handles minting DOIs but is on the radar for future dev. projects

Digital Archives WG coordination

• DAWG meeting is 2nd Monday of the month @1pm; may alternate between public and WG only

• Suggested we also have joint bi-monthly meetings with them to coordinate overall metadata projects:

  • Approved, however their meeting conflicts with the ULMS resource mgmt group, will need to coordinate a different time

• Consideration: Move MWG page to the Steering Committee Confluence page (link back to SW IG page):
