CDI Update

• Crowd-sourced questions

• Great if activation can be centralized in the NZ but need to have the ability to request to turn off particular resources for local institutions.

• LibInsights: coded electronic problems by type - largest issue is metadata (half of 700 reports).

• ERM recommendation is to leave CDI activation to each institution.

Inventory update

• Will separate ERM & ACQ homepage and add links identified in the in the inventory page.

• Digitizing DVDs - how widespread is it? Is this the right group to pursue this? Cold we create Best Practices for this?

  • In person workflow presentation during forum?

  • Reach out to ERM contacts to see if willing to present their workflows during an open forum.

• Greg experiencing issues with not seeing the “Find it” button.

  • EBSCO → Primo-> leads to nothing

    • OpenURL from EBSCO may need to be updated.

    • Issues with ISSNs and failed linking . Ex Libris says to remove ISSN however it’s RM does not agree it’s the best course of action.

• EAR & Collection Development - Re-org happening for better communication between EAR, CSUCD, COLD, SDLC.
