Metadata improvements

Is there a process to improve the metadata for NZ managed resources? No official way. Provider zone may have addressed this but that is on hold. Should we identify CSU priorities for improving metadata? Kate Holvoet (Unlicensed) will draft a proposal for improving NZ metadata

Concern about paying CPOs asap as this affects budget planning.
