CDI is an ongoing issue and will likely dominate ERM discussions in the upcoming year
Migration to Primo VE will bring up new issues, possibly with the differences between how Primo and PrimoVE combine multiple versions of the same records
PrimoVE also replaces the PNX record with the CTO - this will be a different way to troubleshoot access issues.

The joint task for with the Assessment and Analytics Committee for NZ/IZ overlap analysis was proposed but never really got off the ground. It is still an issue that would be good to investigate.
Updating ULMS ERM documentation (contact lists, best practices, tips and tricks) ongoing
Explore the SDLC opt-in ordering coded memo tool (wasn’t yet available when we last checked in) - but new overlap analysis coming out at the end of the year so more waiting
What we accomplished this year
Extensive committee training for managing CDI, and sharing out our evolving understanding of CDI in the Technical Services Forum
Polling the members and communicating ERM issues to Ex Libris, including intensive feedback for our Top 3 ERM issues:
Metadata errors in CDI (and the CZ)
Community Zone Updates and records are causing extra work for ERM and Cataloging Staff
CDI Updates/Indexing is taking too long
CDI testing in PrimoVE
ERM documentation updates (editing existing documentation, new NZ ording instructions)
