Biggest challenge will be internal organization related to figuring on workflows and responsibilities
SDSU is working through the process now and is willing to share their experiences in the future once more progress is made.

ERM Problem Reporting Workflow/Contacts

Kirstie, Jessica, and Ying will meet to work on a draft for ERM problem reporting, particularly as it related to reporting issues with E-resources that are managed/licensed by the CO.
The draft will then be reviewed by the ERM Committee and posted on the ULMS wiki
OCLC Holdings for E-Resources
Question from Jill Strykowski via listserv email and Slack. All the ERM committee members are encouraged to fill out Jill’s poll.

New POL Task List has an “evolving” bug
“Subscription to” date and “Renewal date” are the same date, which normally they cannot be the same date in the old POL Task List.
Previously you could back to the older version and the correct dates would appear.
Now, the incorrect date will appear in the older version. Ex Libris has escalated this case.
I recommend continued use of the old task list until the bug is fixed. I don’t know the ramifications of the incorrect date, if it affects something down the road.
The committee discussed the need for Acquisitions personnel to be part of this group again, possibly as a Task Force, to help with issues like this.
