Jung Ah Lee

  • Wed, Dec 4th at 2 PM is our next open forum. The official invites will be sent out soon.

  • Thurs, Dec 5th at 2 PM is our next monthly meeting.

  • Google drive - files from the folder shared by Natalya for 2023-24 AY were copied into our ULMS committee Google drive folder.

  • 27 in attendance at Forum 11/6 2pm, great work!

  • Share your own or out of the box dashboards and reports that you find useful!

Open Forum (Dec 4th) Planning


  • Topic for Dec Open Forum will be ACRL Refresher

  • Elizabeth created the presenter slides

    • Christina will add a slide about how this year’s survey was unaffected by the proposal to eliminate the academic libraries component from the survey.

    • We are thinking of doing a poll/survey (on the forum audience)

      • Jung Ah will look into how to create the polls in Zoom

      • Maybe Padlet (Shana’s idea)

      • Maybe the survey can bring new members to the committee?

    • Changes to Reporting for 2023-2024

      • Removed Question 7. Number of Hours to Work per Week to Be Considered “Full Time” at the Institution

      • Moved questions 68, 79a, and 79c to the beginning of the survey, in new section “Library Characteristics”

    • IPEDS integration - Yes, we will include

    • Jung Ah will present slides 13-26 (lines 20s~60s). Jung Ah will clean up some of the slides.

    • Amanda will talk to Natalya will present slides 27-32 (lines 80’s)

    • Christina will cover slides 33-34

  • Shana will moderate the chat for questions.

CSU Analytics Consortial Folder Clean-up

(We did not have the time to go over these.)

  • Folders that we discussed last month

    • Posted about them on Slack and the listserv.

    • The ones in the network folder have been moved to the Review for Deletion folder. “MARKED for DELETION” was added to their descriptions of the ones that are in the community folder.

    • When only some of the contents in a folder were moved, I created a folder called “From xxx folder” under the Review for Deletion folder and moved the contents into that folder.
