- Will need to provide presentation on what they've done and what they plan to do.
- Need to report on what else they've discussed that day.
- Have them sketch out a preliminary timeline for completing tasks? Yes, good to structure their activity.
- Close to 100 people registered, checking their affiliation to see if we have enough space in each break-out room.
- Discuss the broad set of goals with WG Chairs on Friday and discuss how best to meet these, facilitate discussion in Fresno.
- Any remaining time left for updates, questions.
- Project Managers
- Can they all make the vanguard webinars? If not, make sure someone is coordinating library participation (recordings mitigate this some).
- We can give them the readings / videos and discuss what they should be doing.
- They can take-up their reporting from last time.
