Resource sharing
Brandon
Karen will lead this discussion at COLD, having worked with CRSP on a recommendation.
Recommendation will focus on:
Systemwide support for Alma resource sharing and ILLiad.
Chancellor's Office position to support this work.
Engagement of the deans with this issue:
What do we want from the deans?
Approval of the recommendation and acknowledgment of the work needed?
This issue given priority?
Commitment to resources needed to make it happen?
Cost will be a major point.
Perhaps we can encourage them to talk to their staff?
Patrick and Brandon will follow-up with Karen on how this group can help facilitate this issue.

Training and travel
Alice and Brandon
Also a point of discussion at the COLD meeting
In-person training space is limited. Although 80 people (the limit) per-day is actually a good amount.
Budget for travel for next year TBD.
Location of training and other in-person meetings creates inequality in campus participation.
