Policy Statement
The lending library will ship items within one business day (Monday - Friday) where the Resource Sharing department is open.
Resource Sharing requests will transfer to the next library in the rota after two business days without a response.
Rationale
One of the benefits of CSU+ is the fast turn-around time. This policy ensures CSU+ remains an efficient and speedy resource for the CSU community.
Staff should strive to ship books out within 24 hours unless their department is closed, understaffed, or experiences some other unforeseen event.
The 24 hour turnaround time should not preclude staff from doing a thorough search for the item.
