  1. Project milestones
  • Switch To Support meeting August 9 –  led by Brian Noone, Sr. Support Manager
  • After this meeting:
    • Implementation project will be officially complete.
    • Basecamp will be set to read-only mode.
    • Existing cases owned by the ExL Project Team will stay there until they are either closed or sent to Tier 2 Support or Development for resolution.
    • All new cases will go to the Support Team rather than the ExL Project Team.

 

  1. Primo status
  • Report new issues and questions via Salesforce; internal CSU discussions to Slack / listservs.
  • Sandbox repopulation in progress
  • NR changes and renorms – next renorm scheduled Aug 4 (through weekend)
  • Primo August release scheduled for delivery – Sandbox Aug 6; Prod Aug 13
    • See August 2017 Release Notes; several New UI features added
  • Ongoing publishing cycle will resume normal daily operations after sandbox repopulation
  • Google Scholar cases – some resolved, some pending next Google Scholar update cycle

 

 

  1. Alma status
