- System wide Service and paid for by the group and not individual campuses
- Cheaper to purchase in Bulk
- More freedom in use of bags
- Not wasting time sending empty bags
- Can still use old bags and print stickers in a pinch
- Can use old bags with flip cards. Clean off sticker residue with cleaner such a Goo B Gone
- How to keep flip cards moving
- If consistently running out print more, doesn't need to be on high quality paper
- Can always put stickers on old bags and ship that way if needed
