Needs work, based on discussion at ISPIE in January. Not an immediate urgent need but the documentation needs to be improved because people are confused about what to do with these things. Damaged Item Standards Task Force Chris Lee (Unlicensed) Isabel Pina Karla SalinasCathe wants to make a task force to make standards for checking and noting damaged materials. Check and note damage on incoming CSU+ Check damage on returned CSU+ to see if patron damaged items (or if it came damaged) Check for damage before sending through Tricor and create standards for what items are too damaged to send.
