Bags
All
Since there is no budget to fix bags and people often send desperate pleas to send them bags. Do we want to consider ditching our CSU+ branded bags since they are causing heartache and were brought on by Anya with an eye toward branding our program?
likes the new bags - they’re bigger. Does NOT like stickers. He doesn’t seem to have any problems holding shipments because he has no bags.
There is some emotional attachment to using bags vs. wrapping up a thing and sending it off in paper or a box but Tricor will take things pretty much any way you package them.
Doesn’t actually see the bags as a huge problem. May be just part of growing pains or residual resentment about having the bag decision being made for them. It would mainly be a problem if campuses are not sending things out if they don’t have bags.
Idea: we should cut up bags with broken zippers and patch the bags with holes that way. He might experiment with that and present a prototype.
What’s our limit for the number of damaged bags - when does the damage cause problems with shipping? Do we have a broken bag graveyard so we know how many bags are truly unusable?
Essentially we will just hobble along repairing the bags in whatever way we can and use them until they are too broken to fix.
Sandbox set up - This just keeps getting pushed to Mallory’s back burner. She will work on it this/next week and start to develop a structure we will build for the resource sharing sandbox.
