CSU Pod Terms

  • Many CSU have asked if the CSU pod could say 3-5 days, but it has to be a specific number. 

  • Should we change the number to 5 but keep 3 in place as the number to strive for?

  • Perhaps we could consider hosting a webinar on the delivery of CSU+ lending article requests. This session could cover the process of setting up an automated jobs to send article requests at scheduled times.-RF

Resource Sharing Issues and updates

  • Unity:

    • Reaching out to Unity leadership to have a meeting with them to ask what is going on. 

    • Issues include:

      • Drivers changing schedules without notice

      • Leaving deliveries unprotected in the rain

      • Hoarding deliveries and delivering all at once.

      • Non-functional webpage.

      • Inconsistent communication.
