SLO & Fresno: Previous tasks distributed widely Northridge: Some tasks like ongoing configurations, analytics may still be relevant Focus more on integrations (using APIs) Do we need a Systems group in the ULMS structure? Could be useful to task this group with a more systematic analysis of configuration settings Lib-IT and current groups may not be sufficient to meet the communication needs here Some of the needs here fall in-between working groups Do we need a standing committee or task forces? A support group (like Analytics) to other groups? Or proactive in pursuing tasks?
10min	ELUNA Enhancement Discussion continued	brandon dudley (Unlicensed) Rae Ann Stahl (Unlicensed) Suzanna Conrad (Unlicensed)	No limit on what can be submitted Brandon collecting and submitting Campuses can optionally submit themselves if they have an institutional subscription Next phase (March, April) will involve voting First time through the process, so will see how it goes Will develop a process to prioritize issues for voting We have a consortium membership with a single set of votes Campuses with institutional subscriptions also have votes No mandate to vote for issues of systemwide interest Will be apprised of which topics are the most important to the CSU Will want to put big chunks of votes toward a smaller number of requests to be effective Can vote for enhancements they submitted themselves If there are left-over votes they could be put toward the CSU issues Idea exchange also another avenue Coordinate that too? Also a content idea exchange

Difficult to confirm what, exactly, is being counted here. May be close to a solution. COLD is anxious to get these numbers Training EAR / Collection development folks asking for specific training Some groups were not intimately involved in the migration and implementation Others asking for lots of training in analytics Lauren at San Marcos is ramping up a data visualization task force Exploring Tableau, Superset, APIs, etc. More forward-looking than some of the other Analytics taskforces Discovery Training Back-office management Pipes Primo customizations ideas and best practices Completed several large surveys Acq & ERM Answering questions around GOBI and EDI Giving presentations on the tech services meeting Ordering from the NZ Display logic – particularly interplay between IZ and NZ resources Current functionality has limitations What to put in an ELUNA enhancement? having talked to Ex Libris directly, via ELUNA Consortia group, Idea Exchange, etc. Technical Services Revising and reviewing the policies e.g., display of subjects in Primo Have not found major problems Training Continuing to hold weekly open forum Two upcoming OCLC workshops Looking at efficiencies e.g., shelf-ready workflows for systemwide meeting Restore records job to undo problems from bound-widths Merge and combine functionality MARCIVE Looking at tools created by Jeremy from SLO. Resoure Sharing Finished tweaks to policies, up on Confluence with pending status Focusing more on trainign and support now A big online training planned for early next month Statuses and general messages What to do with general messages Writting some workflow guides to fill holes in documentation Fulfillment Have completed four workflow documents and put them on Confluence The group has several more on the horizon and more should be uploaded soon. Looking to get feedback from the larger Access Services group Have placed a Comment Form on Confluence on the Fulfillment main page. Did a training on Analytics last month that went well and received lots of positive feedback. Focusing on updating policies and coming up with new policies. Also focused on benchmark statistics and using Analytics to get these statistics. Continuing to do training once a month at the Fulfillment Open Forums
5min	Training	Rae Ann Stahl (Unlicensed)	Appreciate everyones work to get that together Suzanna and Rae Ann will be meeting with Alice, Brandon, and David Will put together a list of which trainings are best to do in-person, with Ex Libris, etc. Not certain if we need a survey or other instrument to gather feedback Training itself scheduled for mid-July Will need to narrow that down.
