PD funding left over from Sac State - Carlos Rodriguez (Unlicensed) asked for suggestions for its use. Need to use soon.

Extending Local & CSU+ Due Dates

COLD voted to authorize the ULMS Committee to recommend a due date for CSU+ on a one-time basis.

Reminder - provide feedback by mid-January (due date to be sent out after this meeting). Discussion focused on concern about the content of this website and errors of fact. Issues will also be communicated to CO.

Update on Student Success Study

Presented the results of the Fall 2019 IL study. Spring portion of the study had to be abandoned due to COVID. Report to be deposited in Scholarworks.

SRDC met last week. Discussed wanting greater communication with CD librarians. ECC committee created rubric for analyzing offers. See report for more info. Carlos Rodriguez (Unlicensed) asked for input from SRDC on how well the new structure is working.

Digital archives WG is gathering info re a CSU-wide archival presence. Developing a readiness survey.

Note, there is a digital repositories open forum every month.

ASCSU Update

Question from COLD: how do we get library issues on the state senate agenda? Concern about subpoenas re learning management system materials. Online learning will be important to the CSU. Senate discussing situations where emeritus status is revoked.
