  • Time (volunteers from CSU)

  • Pilot representation from 6 of 23 campuses

Initial Ingest

• Completion of new installation scheduled for Spring. Working on configuring server. Can begin ingests when server is complete. March 10th meeting to include metadata cleanup conversation. Collection managers are urged to clean what they can prior to ingest, but remediation will continue after ingest.

• Ingest expected to last a year or more.

• Collections to be ingested:

  • Materials withdrawn from ScholarWorks document types.

    • Meeting minutes

    • campus publications

    • Archival materials

• Priority ingest of campuses with no other DAMS.

  • Refine Backend testing to include plug-ins (Bulkrax)

  • Will add Bulkrax, test separately.

• Include:

  • Initial (First migration of the system)

  • Annual (DigRepo) Meeting and proposals?

  • Add metadata reference to letter asking for participation if interested.

  • Also ask: What concerns do you have about migrations of your materials? Will create word cloud so newsletter recipients can view answers.
