April/May Schedule	Christine Evans (Unlicensed)	Christine will be on vacation during the Open Meeting in April and the FFC committee meeting on 5/2 so someone else will take the lead on these sessions.
Training Ideas for future Open Meetings	Christine Evans (Unlicensed)	Reserves Natasha Allen (Unlicensed) volunteered to cover item creation. Cathe Olson (Unlicensed) is the course reserve person at her library and will be willing to help with the training. This will most likely be our training at our Open Meeting in February. Resource Sharing/CSU+ cross over session Lost items Policy overview Visiting patron Christine Evans (Unlicensed)will reach out to the Resource Sharing group and hopefully schedule this for March.
Workflow Update	Christine Evans (Unlicensed)	Everyone had a chance to review the workflows on the Team Drive. Christine Evans (Unlicensed) will look at the workflows ready to upload andChristine Evans (Unlicensed)will put them on the wiki today. We will start looking at the workflows that we have left and whoever is assigned to them will get started. At future FFC meetings, we will look at the workflows created and then we will do a similar process of giving everyone the chance to review and then Christine will upload to confluence.
CO Training	Christine Evans (Unlicensed)	There is a CO training session this summer and our team needs to come up with 4 training topics for the Fulfillment area. This is also on the agenda for the Open Meeting later this month to get other ideas. We came up with several ideas and Christine Evans (Unlicensed)will compile a list to share at our next FFC meeting.
People Soft Load Update	Christine Evans (Unlicensed)	David Walker will come to our Open Meeting on 1/31 to talk about the latest People Soft update and will be available to answer questions if anyone has some.
Analytics Training Practice	Jamie Lamberti (Unlicensed) Natasha Allen (Unlicensed) Matthew Prutsman (Unlicensed)	Jami, Natasha and Matthew went over their plan for what they will show at the Open Meeting for Analytics training and the group had some good feedback/suggestions for the presenters.
What's making you crazy this week? What's working particularly well?	Round Robin/Everyone	Jamie showed closing lost loans. Will show at a upcoming Open Meeting. Cathe: Lots of pop up messages when checking in items. Christine: Calendar in Alma hasn't been working properly. Natasha showed some tips on how to input closed times.
