ULMS Steering Committee Updates

  • Rec. to COLD to extend CSU+ due dates through 1/31/21; local loans up to each campus

    • Only applies to loans before March closure

    • Each of the campuses have to update the due dates on their own

  • Kim still needs to pull together the Update due date bulk documentation

  • Brandon will be replacing Mallory in our meetings until CO fills that position. Narissa (at large member), will attend sometimes too


Locker Task Force Update

  • Group met Tue Aug 18th

  • Jamie created a new Google drive for FFC, Locker Task Force is the only project using it right now. Eventually, we’ll transfer everything over. 

  • Goal is to create/gather Documentation/Best Practices on using lockers and ALMA workflow for Requests.
